The location was fantastic and particularly good, close to the city center and metro station, the Colosseum and the centre of action in Rome and the metro station and Basilica di San Giovanni.

the staff was very helpful, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. the location of the hotel was ideal and exceptionally nice - at a medium distance from a haunting church. we dined at a wonderful nearby restaurant with italian dishes.
Some people working there were very bad.

The lack of reception and in-person check-in process made it difficult to get settled and receive necessary instructions.
